DONT LET THE NICE LOOKS DECEIVE YOU. I give this place 1 star because when they say upgraded apartment it just means they slapped some paint on the walls ( very cheap paint ) and put silver appliances in the kitchen. The heat and AC is always broken. When it breaks they don't come fix it in a timely manner so I either freeze or it's unbearably hot. It may look good at first but it is very thrown together. I have had nothing but constant issues and things needing to be fixed. Also, the people who take care of the property are rude an entitled and they let themselves in your apartment when they think it is okay to do so. I honestly wouldn't recommend moving here, the neighbors are mean, one even approached my daughter while walking our dog asking "what shes doing here". I bet if her skin color was different she would of not been approached like that multiple times. Just be warned when looking into this apartment complex, even if you pay rent on time they will still send you a letter saying you owe them because they upgraded their software and apparently they do not know how to use it. I do give them credit, they plant flowers in the spring so it looks nice so there's that....

I wish someone would have told me this so I could assess the risk for myself - This may be the perfect place for you. Just consider .... There's a 'deal' on renting for a reason. Knock on a bunch of doors around the property and ask current residents what THEY think about management and maintenance people. Encourage them to be specific so you can make an educated decision. My experience has been that meeting and surpassing your obligations as a tenant won't secure your living arrangement. Not to forget, your property and legal rights are not safe at The Hammocks. Just don't get too comfortable or invest much money if you move in. I do hope you have a different experience if you chose to move here.

Staff is supper friendly😁, always tries to answer your questions, and responds to maintenance 🔨requests in a timely manner. You should see this place blooming🏵🌸💮 in spring all the various fruit trees🌳 blooming looks and smells devine! I would highly recommend renting here!
