Dominic was my project representative. When he came by, he listened to my needs for why I made the call to Attic Advisor and then we went into the attic together and crawled the space. He explained to me everything the team would do, and we even observed first hand why some of the work makes a difference. I put my hand near a couple of gaps in drywall where it met an interior wall's top plate and felt cold conditioned air that was leaking into the attic. Same thing on the junction boxes that housed my ceiling fans and holes in the top plates where electrical wire ran down into the walls. It was pretty eye opening to see that the benefits of air sealing would negate all of that lost A/C I was paying top dollar for. On the project day the crew dropped off the insulation in the morning, and started shortly afterwards. It's quite amazing they can vacuum out the entire attic, clean debris, and install new insulation in the same day. I have a 1400 square foot single family home with a big attic and they knocked it out of the park. Can't wait to feel the difference both in temperature and in my wallet.

Did sloppy job last month and installed a new insulation incorrectly. They missed many areas and did not insulate under the HVAC unit. Cleaning was done poorly and still many areas with old rodents dropping Promised I will receive insulation rebate, but the City refused because they are Unlicensed firm. I would not recommend to anyone
