I arrive to visit my friend, mask required, check in at kiosk. Woman at front desk friendly both visits. My first time I had a little trouble finding the entrance and not sure where to park My friend looked comfortable, well cared for. Hallway, room clean Nurses, attendants were friendly, nice My friend said her bell was not always answered promptly. She was in room with a good match for her. A bond is forming

Wonderful rehabilitation facility and staff! Residents are looked after well with great physical and occupational therapists, kind CNAs and nurses as well as good food and extensive activities every day. Highly recommend this facility to anyone needing short-term rehabilitation.

The staff at Villa Valencia skilled nursing have always been a great partner to Aegis Dana Point. Although not always the ideal situation for any of our mutual residents/patients to require a skilled nursing stay, positive feedback from our families regarding care as well communication between facilities to advocate for our Aegis family has been superb. Villa Valencia is our mom’s 3rd rehabilitation center. We have found VV to be the cleanest, nicest ran and most organized of all we have visited. The rooms are spacious and the atmosphere set up much like a personal home bedroom. The nursing staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Most importantly our mom is very happy here with her care and the environment. That speaks volumes as far as we are concerned as she is very particular.
