Large store with great choices of anything from fabric to your next DIY craft. Customer service is horrible. I stood in line for 15 minutes to get some fabric cut to buy and finally fave up and left. The employee was still on the same customer and had only cut one of the three bolts she had. They were busy discussing a portable fan she wore around her neck. There was also one other person in front of me who had 2 bolts to be cut. A waste of time.

Found exactly what I needed, once I asked. Everybody was very helpful to take me to the product when I still couldn't find it. I had a coupon in my phone, but it wouldn't work but the associate had one that she said I could use. It's great because I'm on that fixed income and when you need something you need it. Every time you can save is a great help. I strongly suggest you ask if they have any coupons if your coupon code won't work. I love this store

I don't usually give bad reviews but this is a must. I go to many Joann's throughout So California and by far, this one is the WORST. Go to another one, its worth the extra miles. They have no clue what customer service is. Mariah, a Manager, is like a robot, doesn't give a rip and all she says is "it's policy". Then what are you a Manager for??? They overcharged me for something and said I had to come back in, and with such an I dont care attitude. Denise had the same attitude when I went in, why would I expect anything different. I can go on and on on. Bottom line, DON'T GO TO THE ONTARIO STORE.
