We shopped at Aaron's for years. In South bay area Inglewood store , and Bakersfield. We moved to montclair and thought we would have the same good experience. NO WE WERE WRONG. WE scheduled a pick up for our furniture and I took a day off from work to wait for them 2 to 5. No courtesy call nothing they claim they stood in front of my door I had my screen door open for this specific reason. And my dogs always bark when someone is at the door nonstop. Nothing. I called the manager and he claims they were there for 5 min and left..why wouldn't u call the customer first. Before going on to the next delivery???? And I checked my cameras the delivery drivers never got out they just passed by and told the manager we weren't home when all cars were parked in driveway so now the drivers are are liars and I told the manager they never even came to the door nor did they leave a notice..this is unbelievable Now they can't pick up the furniture till after memorial weekend. Wow. I will never do buisness with Aaron's again and we are long time customers. It's sad that people loose buisness because they don't know how to properly train their employees and it doesn't help that management is ignorant as well.

Aaron's was good at first. I had no problems with any other Aaron's that we used before. But this Aaron's in Ontario, CA is the worst. On EZ pay we had the payment not come out 4 times. Then had trouble with our TV and got a loaner TV and that gave problems. Called to report problem was advised they would send someone out 3 times, but only showed up once. They promise to call you back and do not. This Aaron's makes your blood pressure rise while you are passed around from person to person. Won't advise anymore .

How hard is to return a phone call? But yet when payment is due, they don’t forget to call. I’ve been trying to reach Jessie (service manager) for the past month in regards to an issue with my mattress. All I need to hear is yes, we can take care of it or no, there’s nothing we can do for you. But with no phone call being returned, it makes me very doubtful in doing any further business at this location.

Repeat customers are not valued at this location. Had a previous lease and fulfilled terms as agreed. Completed online application and was approved. I contacted the store and was informed I could either wait for them to receive the order from the online team or process in the store. I opted for the second option and it felt awkward I was asked to complete another application after I submitted all information online. It was a waste of my valuable time. I further inquired if there were any upcoming promotions and was told no. Low and behold, I get home and in my inbox was an email with a promotion to start a lease with $5 dollars and effective day of 01/11/2018. I worked retail myself many years and understand not able to release information prior to it being made public or effective date. It stumped me the sales person did not know as it was the first day of the promotion and I was in the store. A professional sales person performs due diligence and presents any and all promotions to both new and current customers. Sadly, I cancelled the entire order and purchased the item at Amazon where I obtained stellar customer service. Never again will I step foot into Aarons and will use them as an example when speaking to groups of people in executing Customer Service at seminars.
