They said a townhouse was available in July. I checked back after a month. They said it was outdated info (I checked that day). Said it was august and they would be contacting me for my high enthusiasm. No call. Move in date went to October. Checked today. It’s now December. Don’t trust this place for anything say. Coworker that lived there also had an Insect problem. Not cockroaches. Didn’t inquire more about what kind since I was fed up with them lying about move in dates. Good luck.

I lived at Elmwood Manor for about 3-4 years and I don't have anything bad to say about them. The location is great, highland park is right nearby and easy to walk to. Very safe location as well, I never felt unsafe and frequently would go running around the neighborhood for exercise. Management is great, easy to work with, they have a good maintenance crew that is always making sure common areas are clean, shared facilities such as laundry are working, and that parking lots are fixed and clean of snow during winter. They have an after hours phone number if you need help such as being locked out etc. Moving out was easy and I received my full security deposit back within a week.
