Terrible experience at the Venue. There has been constant maintenance issues since I moved in August 2021. The unit was trashed and carpets stained when I moved in and they actually pushed back the move in date by a week which was a huge inconvenience. No pool or fitness center the entire time living here and tons of the hot water issues (scalding hot, no water at all for entire days, 30 minutes until the shower warms up) despite MONTHS of repairs. My apartment has confirmed mold and my roommate and I have terrible symptoms like constant sneezing, coughing, itchy skin, and headaches. Management has not addressed these issues, and there no end in sight. We will be attempting to terminate our lease early. Unacceptable for such a pricey and "luxury" place to live. EDIT: I reached out to the number below and they said they would "send someone over to take a look at the mold", no one showed up.

For some reason my review wasn’t showing up so I am updating a few months later - like other reviewers, I’ve lived here for a few months now and cannot in good faith recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment. It has been near constant issues since I moved in: water shut offs, spontaneous periods of no hot water - my water was fine for the first three months and now the hot water is unreliable each day - sometimes burning hot, sometimes it takes 20 minutes for it to warm up. While I understand the building is under renovations - the unit above me has been worked on for months now, with noises, hammering, etc and I keep being told “it’s nearing completion”. I had no A/C in the living space upon move in, and the thermostats are persnickety and issues with heat not shutting off. Service issues take a long time to be resolved, and you have to push to get things done beyond a placating answer. Apartment itself is cosmetically beautiful, but not worth the prices and your daily peace.

Have a couple friends that live here and they really don't like it. Constant garbage smells in the hallway, elevator broken, not very receptive office staff. Was thinking about moving here but after seeing it don't think I will.
