Love my home! Living here I feel my landlord actually knows who I am. Each time I pass an office staff coming home or heading out with friends, Brittany always greets me by name..... which is impressive since, I have a mask on... Ha-ha. Mikey always greets my pup, then me... but my pup & I luv it.

Liberty Lofts went down hill fast once I moved in. Elevators are disgusting, often smell like dog urine, and out of order for over a month. Odors from garbage room fill the hallways and are not cleaned. No cleaning service for common areas. Leasing office staff are clueless and very rude. Raised rent to over $1500/month to live amongst filthy tenants. I knew it was only a matter of time before bug infestation would occur. Gave 1 star because they were able to offer Covid rental assistance.

These guys are fraud. We applied and they told us we were approved. Then the application had to be turned over to the regional manager, she also said we were approved. Now we had the financial interview yesterday and now today they’re telling us we’re not approved. After almost 3 weeks of this process has been wasted and you got $250 from me. Had me pay to apply then wait until the end to tell us we’re not getting anything. The financial interview should come first not last.
Hi Cat, When I went to see them they told me the apartments have central air and heat and I was comfortably warm the entire tour (I went to see them recently in the cold weather). Hope that helps :-)
