The way management let ANYBODY move in during the pandemic really messed up the peace this place once had . It’s always loud . If it’s quiet it’s only momentarily. The residents are very inconsiderate, dirty & loud . They only have 1 cleaning lady so the halls are always a mess . The best thing about this place is the maintenance and property manager’s good heart . Unfortunately the rent increase doubled with no peace or updates involved so it was time to go.

Applied for a 2 bedroom that is 850 square feet 🤣, you guys declined me because I'm disabled get help from section8. Your loss not mine,I found a gorgeous 1100 sq ft half house deep in the suburbs close to shopping ,with central AC,my own deiveway,and washer and dryer are free and included. I also have a 1 acre back yard for a fraction of the price you guys ask for a tiny hole in a wall. Oh,and FYI not all people who recieve section8 are bad tenants.

Water and garbage pick up are included with rent. Tenants are responsible for Gas & Electric.
Yes, DSS is accepted as a form of payment. However, as it is Government regulated affordable housing you must meet minimum and maximum income requirements.
They are not subsidized, meaning rent is not based on your income. They are government regulated affordable units, meaning there are set rent rates that are lower than markets rates.
Call them to find out. I m sure they ll add a ramp for wheelchair or walkable.
Unfortunately, the best thing to do is come in around 9 am mon-fri when they're open.
It's Spectrum cable company you'll have to ask the office about the RG&E I don't know if it's included with the rent or not call up and ask the office at Rochester Highlands Apartments

Noooo thats why we got out, they were strict with references, credit, much Ado to nothing. Its very noisy and congested there, unless you like city life. My daughter paid her gas and electric. Just water is free. Now this was 6years ago, I don't know if management changed, but it was pretty bad then.....
I haven't seen any pets. But call the office. Just be aware its extremely busy going in and out of Green Knolls Dr.. wait! Yes i seen cats in windows. If you have s therapy animal, your Dr. Can give you a letter to verify. No one can deny you. I am an animal LOVER!!
