Although rent is based on household income, the method used to calculate it results in most of the income going for rent and food, with barely any money remaining. Essentially, households recieving public assistance fare just as well as working tenants. On the plus side, an exceptional education is available through the towns public schools -- this fact along with a low crime environment might outweigh the high rent to income ratio m

I think the children here are wonderful I have run into children that have lived through covid and most of them are respectful actually there are a few that aren't but most of them are very nice children

I I have a nice older gentleman that lives above me and he has prostate issues no doubt cuz he goes to the bathroom three to four times at night I can hear his bed Creek I can hear him roll over in his bed I can hear him flush his toilet I can hear his floor Creak and he says he has carpetI've never lived in an apartment complex in my entire life and I never knew exactly how buildings are constructed but this one doesn't seem to have any soundproofing between the second and first floors none zero I can hear him roll over in his bed until I moved to crown oaks a year ago I have never had insomnia till now if you're a heavy sleeper and nothing wakes you up this is a great place to live if you were like sleeper good luck also the baseboard heating system here is not hooked up to your manual button so my apartment can be 86°, 62°, anything in between sometimes I wake up in my bedroom is nearly 90° and I have to open a window I cannot adjust my heat in my apartment
I think you can you have to pay $300
