Went to the store to send back a package had the guy print out a label from the returning company… Didn’t no I had to pay for a box when you have a return label.. after speaking to the manager and associate that helping me, paid for the shipping as I was leaving the young black associate called me a As$ Hole!!!!! This was very unprofessional I felt it was racially and he need to be fired… Chase the manager heard him say that Iam a as$ hole…

Just went in there to ship some stuff. I was told they no longer have flat rate boxes. Also the two girls working were sitting. When I asked to pack what I needed to ship Maci I believe her name was rude as to why I was being inconvenient to making her actually work.
