I placed an order at 3pm to pick up the same day. Customer service sent the order to the wrong store, so i had the order canceled, and refunded to be able to go into this store to make the purchase. I was told by corporate as long as I made it to the store and inside by 8pm, they had to sell me the phone. I walked into the store at 7:52, after dealing either this all evening. Only to be told oh sorry we close our systems down at 15 till so there is no way we can sell you the phone. Says that he has already pulled the cash drawer and counted it as he was currently removing it from the register. Then says he is going to call his manager, walks off, comes back and says yeah my manager said I can't sell it to you tonight, but if you come all the way back tomorrow I will. So as it is currently 8:16, I just watched him walk to the back with the drawer to count. So the bottom line here is even though they do not close until 8pm, they shut down everything at 7:45, so you couldn't even buy a charger if that's all you needed. So glad I have 14 days to cancel, because I am positive another company can do way better with customer service.
