I live there. They have gotten rid of most of the rif raf but they need to keep a better eye on new rentals about grass cutting and trash days and tell the new and old rentets and the ones that bought there homes to take in there trash cans .

Yes there are breed restrictions. It's mostly the "agressive breeds", they have a pamphlet with all restricted breeds at the front office. I've seen people get around it by saying their dogs are mixed breeds though.
