This place is horrible. I've been coming here for 5 years. I no longer trust this place at all. The service advisor and management are horrible. I trusted this place and I no longer trust this place. They told me I didn't need brakes on multiple visits. I was told I needed a break flush on my visit in 1/2022 to come back in July 2022 for an oil change and to complain again about the same break noise to be told I need front breaks and rotors. I paid $600 and left with supposedly new brakes, rotors and an oil change. I drive off check my oil and it hasn't been changed and the car is still squeaking. I was asked to bring it back to be told they didn't notice I needed rear brakes and that they would replace them for free. Fast forward to 10/2022 and back here again for same squeaking noise to now be told it's just something I need to live with and they have a better brand of breaks if I want to pay an additional cost!!!!! I said why wasn't I given the option when I came in before...crickets...This place is horrible. Now im waiting 45 minutes to get a loaner. I was just told I can purchase a different brand of breaks if I didn't want my car to be loud every time I stop or back up????? But then I speak to the manager who tells me that this is problem GM is aware of. They'll replace the parts at no cost to me and see if that solves the problem if not they'll have to go to gm for a resolution. Sooo the advisor wasn't aware of how to handle this. The advisor Travis is so arrogant, disrespectful, with no knowledge of his job. I might add he was my advisor in July! I'm so upset to the point that not only do I not want to go back to this dealership but may never purchase another vehicle from GM. Gm obviously doesn't care about their customers to have such unskilled people working directly with their customers

Verry busy it took a little longer than I expected but everyone was polite and apologetic.

Took my truck in for warranty work. When I went to pick up the truck noticed two dents on the fender. It was on a Friday and the service manager was already gone. Told me to call back on Monday they kept transferring me to the voicemail of the service manager. I have made several calls and left several messages, One time somebody actually took down my information and said they would get back to me. That was 6 months ago. Didn’t even fix the original issue. Paperwork also wasn’t done when I picked up my truck. They said they would email it to me and that never happened. I don’t even know what was done to the truck. Horrible experience.
