Poor service. Wrong item ordered by sales person. Waited four months for the item. Found it was ordered wrong. Accepted it as was coerced into it being correct color due to lighting in showroom. Absolutely not the item ordered. Refused to refund our money. They Did not place reorder by customer service as stated the next day. Returned item to store they refused to give credit. Not once did they say we’re sorry. They only said what couldn’t be done. No I can’t return it. I must keep it until other item arrives maybe in three weeks. Not willing to get wrapped up into a waiting game again due to original chair was to be delivered by end of July it took until October 11 to get the wrong item ordered. They say sales final. Watch the fine print. They can order anything they want make you sign thinking they might have written the correct item. You don’t know it until it comes. Is it customers responsibility to make sure the SKU number is correct on an invoice?

When you find out let me know. After they attempted to deliver the wrong bed 5 times they stopped trying to help me. I ordered this bed in March and still no resolve after multiple calls to the store and customer service. I even wrote a review on here 3 months and it wasn’t acknowledged by this company. This by far has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I wish I didn’t get a credit card with them.
Man im in the same boat. Did you get your delivery and how late was it? I have a delivery scheduled next week and it'll likely also be delayed.
I have been told 3 times about time changes on my delivery and still haven't recieved it. I have personally been the one who has to call them to find out what is going on. I was supposed to get it on the 11th of december but now it's the 17th of january eta. If/when i get my items i will never shop there again
They do set up the firniture they deliver however I would be cautious with ordering. Make sure you inspect everything before you accept the order. The majority of Things we received were damaged on 2 occasions
The associates in the store can only give the information that's given to them, it's not their fault if the information isn't totally accurate. The entire furniture industry is still recovering from shut downs due to covid. There's been a material's supply shortage issue in just about every industry in the country and world. I know people that work at Ashley's and at Gardner White, it's been the same for all of them. I know that my friends in both companies are frustrated over the issues that have arisen since the shutdowns. It's a stressful time for them (store level associates) as well, they strive to meet expectations but it's hard because the problems they are experiencing are out of their control. I will reach out to them and see if there's anyone that can give you a better explanation than I can. I don't work there but I have friends that do and I know that they're doing the best they can with everything that's been going on this past year.

You have to talk to corporate first then asked to be transfered to your store. It's ridiculous!

Ladies, unfortunately I think you'll have to continue to try & contact the store & really get on them. I'm still waiting for my issues to be fixed & I'm the one who has to contact them all of the time. Sorry 🙁
From what I was told it would take about 10 to 14 days I have waited for 2 months and still not recieved my couch
I love that the only time an (owner) responds is when someone asks how to get to a store - never when there’s actually a complaint.
Delivery experience is not the best. They constantly reschedule. They told me 1-2 weeks. 4 weeks later I was still calling and getting the run around. When I finally had the order delivered it all ahd to be sent back due to damage. Myself and a family memeber both had similar expereinces from the same visit. Would not recommend
I know they offer a protection plan for different amounts of time that allow you to replace sections or cushions on your item. My experience is that customer service is not great so good luck to you
