When you find out let me know. After they attempted to deliver the wrong bed 5 times they stopped trying to help me. I ordered this bed in March and still no resolve after multiple calls to the store and customer service. I even wrote a review on here 3 months and it wasn’t acknowledged by this company. This by far has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I wish I didn’t get a credit card with them.
This sounds very familiar....a lot like dealing with Value City furniture. While I am sorry I don't know the answer...I appreciate seeing this warning before I shopped here in hopes of a better experience.
