Ladies, unfortunately I think you'll have to continue to try & contact the store & really get on them. I'm still waiting for my issues to be fixed & I'm the one who has to contact them all of the time. Sorry 🙁
I left a message about getting the extra protection on my furniture and they never called me back either. And once your furniture is delivered they wont sell you the extra warranty. Really sucks because the sales person that I dealt with was amazing. Very disappointed in the front desk
