It's pretty safe here i pay around 800 for lot rent and trlr rent because i rent my trlr its a good area and the office has some amazing ppl to help

The lot rent itself is only 464 but if you rent or lease your mobile home the price increases but it also depends upon the year and size of the home you rent or lease to own. The area is okay..there are some minor incidents.
