Wish I could give -10 stars. It's trashy, rundown, and the people are crackheads. Their fence is always falling down and I think because the people are too lazy to walk around. You can't even contact the manager and by the other reviews, I assume he's high on drugs to even care. You cannot even contact the manager and when I call the phone number it is a sweet old lady who says it "used" to be their number. So update it on the website? Contacted the City of Westland and they have struggling for years with this park. I feel bad for the church, school, and gas station that has to look and deal with that park everyday. That place needs new management or be demolished.

I don't live there my mother does but most of these reviews are spot on the owner is nice but the trailer park is run down now they make u buy it or more like think it's yours my mother has yet to get the title or any kind of ownership they only say you own it so they are not responsible for anything that needs to be fixed my mother went most of the winter with no heat and the new manager is a drunk that does no work but this is what my mother can afford being on SSI so she deals with the slum Lord and the drunk management because it's cheap and convenient all in all I'd give this place 00 stars if I was in the potion to get my mother in a bettér house I'd do it i in a heartbeat sorry u gotta live there mom love you lots 💯
