Depends on the trailer, single or double and my lot rent is $428 which was a recent increase from $418
I will definitely look more into it just need to find out how much i will need including deposit but only looking for a 1-2 bedroom single wide
what is included with lot rent
There is a deposit, maybe $1000, and first rent. Move in is quick. Not sure what they are charging for brand new ones or just using them for rent to own. Lot is around $450 a month.
Just depends on the kind of trailer you are looking for and lot rent is $428 ruff estimate is $2200.00
