If there was an option for zero stars, that is exactly what I would rate this place!! For one, doctors are EXTREMELY RUDE. They have terrible bedside manners, cold attitudes, inadequate listening skills and a complete disregard for their patients concerns and fears. Absolutely, disgusting behavior.. I will never return here!!

My partner and I came for my son’s 6 month appointment and they told us that only one parent was allowed in upon arrival (due to COVID). It would have been helpful to let us know in advance. They usually have us wait around 45 minutes, but this time my partner only waited about 15. They also called my partner to reschedule the appointment, but they sent me a text to confirm the appointment, so that threw us off a bit.

Communication is key. Build a good doctor/patient relationship. Keep your appointments and BE ON TIME. This helps the ease on the staff, doctors, other patients and yourself. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Best care and best referrals to specialists as needed.

They have terrible customer service and never answer their phone. Hold time is usually a half hour. Doctors always in a hurry and they don't care. They take too long to refill medications.
