WHERE ARE THE NEGATIVE STARS WHEN YOU REALLY NEED THEM????? So here we are... 8/3/22 and I still do not have my disability form completed since June. My doctor put me off work due to my serious back injuries until 10/7/22 to provide my enough time to seek treatment with a Pain Management Specialist after seeing my MRI results. However, Maritza the office manager (what a joke!) refuses to use the date my doctor has me out of work ending my disability on 10/7 and she decides to use 8/22/22 as my return back to work date ending my disability which 8/22 is just a follow-up appointment to speak with my doctor in case I'm in need of any additional referrals. Makes absolutely no sense... who is she to go against my doctor's orders? I guess she's just finding ways to make a quick buck for the clinic since they charge $25 each time they complete a form. Funny thing is, I have Medi-cal as a secondary insurance and it's against the law to charge Medi-cal patients ANY of their fees. Placed a call to Corporate and possibly an attorney.

It is dependent on the services provided. We take a $200 deposit at the time of service and will refund or provide you with your balance at the end of the visit. If you have specific questions please feel free to call the clinic at 831-755-7880.

Yes, we would be happy to see you. Dependent on the providers evaluation, we can either provide you with a medication refill or switch you to a new medication if needed.
