Sheila Veloz is an Amazing full service Breast Center for women in Valencia. As a RN, I have been beyond impressed with the quality of equipment, personnel and patient experience that Sheila Veloz offers women of the community. Through the generous endowment of the Veloz Family, this is a state of the art facility with the best equipment available to detect breast cancer. Another important distinction are the Radiologists who interpret the various diagnostic tests ordered for women to diagnosis breast cancer. Radiologists at the Sheila Veloz Breast Center have receievd advanced training- and more importantly- this is all they do (so they are extremely skilled ). All of this makes a huge difference in the quality of interpretation of studies, as well as recommendations. I have had breast ultrasounds and mammograms at multiple places, and I have now returned to Sheila Veloz for future screening tests. Yesterday, Sandy was my technician, and she was wonderful.

What is the deal with Sheila Veloz, ladies? How could the techs be so wonderful and the front desk be so terrible? And what’s with the constant lying? “No we didn’t book that appointment. Sorry, wait is 5 months.” “No we never said such and such..” etc. And when I suggest they seek better info from management they literally refuse and argue. This was the third time I tried and I just have to have better healthcare than this. Moving on....

They are so kind and caring team. I had fear before the lumpectomy procedures but they made me very calm and peaceful. Also, they are really professional. I am so thankful I had a great team. Thank you.
