Lacking customer service and can do attitude. Crystal the store manager just does not have it. I purchased an item by mistake and before leaving the shopping center I walked back in the store wanting to return it to find out that there are no returns on that item. I mentioned to her that I had just purchased it 5 minutes ago.. I was hit by a very rude attitude. These ladies get commission! Of course they're not trying to help a return!... I requested they call customer service and of course they agreed to return my item being that it was purchased less than 5 minutes prior. Honestly this all could have been avoided If the store manager had better training at what customer service really means... I definitely will not be returning to this location or any at that. I'll stick to my online shopping.

Recently I had excellent service at this location. "Alondra' was so friendly and kind and answered all my questions patiently. I enjoyed shopping at this store. The prices were reasonable and the location is easily located in the VONS plaza. I hope the manager knows what a great employee Alondra is as she is an asset to the store. Thanks!

Staff discriminated against me from the moment i took 2 steps in the shop. I have been shopping this location for over 10yrs. Won't be going back ever.

It’s really inconvenient when stores don’t update there hours online. You say you close at 8 well then close at 8 ! Don’t let the web know your closing at 8 when I needed something emergency . I rush there to find out u close at 7 all the sudden . It’s false advertisement and waste people time !
