One of the worst expierences i have had with fast food. I pulled up to the drive thru with no answer for 4 minutes. Then was greeted with them having no icecream or ice i think. She said it so fast i couldnt understand. Order my food to find out they no longer have a number 5. So i got a crispy chicken sandwich instead with no lettuce or tomato. What i got was a stale bun with lettuce and the juices left over from a tomato. Mind you it took them 8 minutes to give us our food once we got to the window. Oh and yes they said no ice and reminded me when i ordered my soda, i wasnt epecting to get warmer then room temperature soda. Never coming back to this spot and i hope if you are reading this, you dont either. Ill be tossing this disaster out my window and going to BK where i know i can get it my way.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, if I could give 0 stars I would, the wait was extremely long to order and waiting for our food. They gave us the wrong burgers and we called to let them know because we were still around, we waited 20 mins for our correct food and I walked up and asked one of the lady’s working and she waved at me to go and said you can wait while she was talking so someone about a cell phone. Then had the worst customer service attitude. I never had this bad of an experience before. Would never recommend anyone going here.

Unwilling to work with me as there customer. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich The buns will mushed and soggy I ordered two large tater tots one tater tot container was not fully filled but both potato containers had mushed and crumbling tater tots. I ordered a large milkshake a marker down as a medium when I told him their mistake they fought me on it saying that's what you ordered and that's what we gave to you. When I still refuse the small medium after they gave it to me they took it back inside which is a health code violation any restaurant worker wants us handed out to a customer it cannot be token back. Service is terrible. When I pull up into there kiosk or their stall they said their stalls were closed unless you're picking up an order. Their medium cups compared to that a large look like a small. The menus are accurate to a current Sonic menu. They tried to get me to leave by them saying have a good day trying to avoid their mistake and on the milkshake that I ordered it was supposed to have whipped topping and a cherry on it once I got a large still didn't have the wood topping or cherry. And they are slow to take your order and I'm making it clear what you ordered. The atmosphere of that Sonic is hostile the workers are hostile food quality terrible customer service quality horrible. Employee was mean and hostile. This was the worst experience that I've ever had at a fast food restaurant ever. And I'm on vacation trying to enjoy myself. If I could I would give them zero stars. I get better customer experience from your competitor McDonald's. Even the bad experience I had with Burger King years ago is not as bad as this experience.

Dismal. I used to love Sonic, and when this place was open a few years back I was very happy. I know every Sonic in Kentucky where I grew up was amazing, so this one should be too....... But this location's lackluster employees and their lackluster service have really brought down it's quality. The food looks horrible, as if slapped together by someone paying attention to something else. Now, I give 3 stars based upon their ice cream... It was delicious. I only ordered the hot fudge sundae from drive thru, and it was perfect. The drive thru is excruciatingly time consuming. It would be faster to dine-in probably, not sure though, if that's even available. All the cues outside have been disabled, so gone are the days of doing that and ordering with someone bringing your food out to your vehicle. Please Sonic of Henrietta, see this and fix it. I'm sure there are plenty of customers willing to return if you can improve to the level of your counterpart Sonics in the south and Midwest, they are truly amazing.
