Over price gauged garbage food, I could get better nutrition and variety from the trash! I feel bad for the people who have to work there. If you’re going to spend that kind of money go to Five Guys and get some real food.

One of the worst McDonald's in Rochester, waiting in line for 30 mins as the line was moving slower than any normal fast food place that I know of and then close before they are supposed to after serving the person right before me. Thatll be the last time I attempt to eat there. Customer service is horrible as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited in line for 30 minutes from 10:30pm to 11pm the store closed early and nobody said a word to anyone. The line was on the street, they don’t close until 11Pm there was no reason nobody should have been taking orders at 10:30pm. It’s horrible management definitely needs to be fired and replaced with someone who will actually stick to the store hours. Ridiculous.

I ordered ahead via the app.  The restaurant "closed early" while I was sitting at the lit sign in the drive through, and the car ahead of me was served.  I pulled forward to the first window after five minutes of radio silence at the speaker....then was told to give my code at the 2nd window.  I went to the second window, where I was "handled" by the manager (or so he said he was).  He was completely rude and disrespectful to me, who should have been a paying customer.  My order code on the screen was xxxx, but the order no longer appears in the app.  When he looked at me and said "Bye" in a mocking tone with a wave and walked away while I was trying to work through the issue, that was totally not called for. You have posted hours of operations, follow them.  You allow orders on the app, complete them if they were ordered during your posted operating hours.  You have a rude and disrespectful manager?  Find someone who understands customer service and how to speak and interact with people.
