I didn't think one could have a bad experience at Wendy's, but i learned the hard way today. I wasn't sure how the staff could get anything done because they literally move slower than any group of people I've seen. Well the answer is, they don't. It took a long time just to place the order and there was only one couple ahead of us. The only reason we ordered when we did was because the couple in front of us tired of waiting and left. We ordered 2 single meals. One burger was lukewarm, the other was COLD. It seemed like they assembled it but forget to heat it up. I contemplated taking it up to the counter to complain, but considering the way the clerk had rolled her eyes into the next dimension when i asked for a packet of salt, i didn't dare. Also considered asking for the manager to let him/ her know about these issues, but after reading some of the reviews, i knew that was also a waste of time. The staff really seem disinterested in working at all. If they continue in this vein, they will likely get their wish when they go out of business.

Food is ok, the new fries suck and service is slow. I did not see a shortage of workers today, they just talk too much with each other and don't pay attention to the customers as they come in.

I usually always have a good experience with them. Today they forgot our bacon, and as y'all know... BACON IS LIFE. That's okay though cuz I'll call when I get home, and they'll fix it. If not I'll let everyone know.
