Waited seven minutes in my line for my order to be taken and I’m on minute 15 of waiting for my two blizzards. Unacceptable for a “fast food” restaurant. Your purpose is to serve ice cream so what’s the issue? Oh wait, I know, a scumbag franchisee who refuses to properly staff their restaurant. This franchisee should be stripped of their rights as this has been consistent for years.

Low quality food. I order pickup at the Jefferson rd I got 3 combos the chicken tenders were not completely done stil cold in the middle fries cold I ordered cherry coke it is not regular cherry coke it’s coke with cherry syrup so it was over powering they gave me a melted blizzard (which I picked up 5 min early) they taste like McDonald’s but way more exspensive the burger was missing onion so that was disappointing and I had no sauce for my onion rings. Just disappointed overall

Took my niece (2yrs old)to DQ just to find a Pill in her basket box. This is really disturbing, what happen if she would had ate it? Don’t even know if she ate one of them. Call into the store and they ask me if I order it fresh. WHAT DOES THAT HAS TO DO ANYTHING

Every time I come here the staff are amazingly friendly and really make me feel happy and welcome. The energy here is really good. The food is tasty, standard fast food but I really come back because it's one of the few places I know I can eat inside and use a bathroom but mostly cause the staff are incredible.
