They always messing up mail at the veteran's address. I spoke with the manager a few years ago about the carrier putting mail in the wrong apt boxes and the manager said he would talk to the carrier but obviously the carrier do they own thing and don't pay attention to details. Then last month, I requested my mail to be put on hold for 30 days at the post office and I'll pick up all accumulated mail but the carrier ignores the mail hold request and deliver mail to my mailbox anyway and hold mail for different apts. So, when I pick up my mail today, I saw that the carrier was holding mail for a different apt and a different person's name when mail should only be held for the person's name and apt on the mail hold request card. I tell you if I could monitor closely the delivery of my own mail I would. And I know some of my mail is missing because I get the usps informed delivery notifications of my mail. So, my mail is missing from Tues and wed and today is fri. I understand that the post office was closed on mon because of the Columbus day holiday but still I requested my mail to be held until after that date so when I pick up my mail today then I should of received Tues and Wed mail. But the mail carriers and this post office is so unprofessional and unorganized that they can't get simple hold mail request right. If I can give 0 stars I would but Google requires 1 star to review. I can't stand this post office 😒

These people are discusting I have been waiting for a package that is expensive they say " no access to delivery location" when they deliver my mail every single day then I try to call them and it rings for 5 minutes and no one answers will never use them again

Worst Postal Service. Made 2 appoiments for child passports. Both lost cause their internet went down. Every time I went there. Now I have to spend more money for fast passport service. Why dont they close the office down.

it can go under one of two categories: Post office being defunded or mail theft/mismanagement (Zeitro company mail has been stolen and/or damaged this way) Or there is a issue with the electric company sending it (Zeitro's Webhosting contractor loves to do this to our bills) I suggest to contact the electric company in question directly and the Postal service thru its direct phone number to find a solution.

No they do not, but if they're behind on delivering packages you may see a few trucks out to get a jump on the next day.

All depends if your at the bigging...middle...or end of route.....delivery start around 10am....end around 4pm.....unless the mail is heavy.... Plus a lot of parcels will make it Later also...
Chester, Pa. Post office open at 8. I thought the mail carriers get there early to load their trucks.
