Dr Berkowitz where have you gone?? Please if anyone knows if Dr Berkowitz is at another practice please let me know !!! This place is a joke.. it was like a movie what happened to me today here if I really explained on here what happened to me today that place would be shut down as a matter of fact my mom said I should of went a head with what was going on and if something happened to me because that woman that works as family practice and the lady at the front desk wanna be on site OBGYN'S but are NOT board certified OBGYN'S to do pap smears telling me that the obgyn told them on the phone how to do it and what to do ???? They lost their minds at chess penn !!! It was unreal y'all and I will not be back !!!

If you have Medicaid nothing. They have a sliding scale fee according 2 your income.Other insurances usually have a dr visit fee.Sorry can't give u a better answer. The reception person might be able 2 direct you concerning the sliding scale
