And I called for 2 hours with no response.... Why isnt any one answering the phone... The worst... and I was on my Lunch break.... So I wasted my time and didnt get to Eat.... PISSED.... NEED ANSWERSSS....

I totally agree this store has the worst customer service

If you still have your receipt call corporate... even if you don't have your receipt call corporate... I've had the same issue with this place and corporate made the owner of that store call me.

Usually when mcdonalds doesnt pick up is because where on "lock down" which means no one can leave there station due to like 50 customers coming in like every 2 minutes

You didn't miss anything. The food is always cold and they could care less
