Had an incident of a lost package and it took longer than I thought it would to receive a reimbursement. Unfortunately the warehouse (which is a different business) doesn't seem to be run very well so I won't be risking sending out orders with UPS. I do appreciate this incident being resolved.

I was on a road trip and needed to ship a defective RV battery to the manufacturer. Staff went above and beyond to pack, follow manufacturer's return shipping instructions and get it there. Excellent communications and customer service.

This is the nicest UPS store I’ve been in. It’s clean, very attractive, and has everything you could possibly need for printing, shipping, packaging and more. But the reason they get a 5 star rating is the friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and HELPFUL STAFF. Every time I’ve been there, they have gone out of their way to help me, as I usually have a problem that I need help with. One time it was getting the labels printed for some returns with the correct no charge free return postage. But the experience that really shows their willingness to help, and go above and beyond, was when my new employer required a notarized statement of my citizenship, and this had to be done through a special online phone number which of course didn’t work, wouldn’t connect with their computer. After one of the staff spent about 15 minutes talking with my employer, and trying again and again to get a connection to work, Diane the owner got involved. She spent another 20 minutes or more talking back and forth with them on the phone, trying different ways to connect before they finally found a way to get the information across. After everything was done, I ask her how much for the notary and stuff, and she says no charge. I couldn’t believe it. I spent a good 40 minutes in the store while she and her staff worked on this, and she didn’t charge me. With service like this they’ve got my business forever. I don’t think you can find a better printing or shipping store.

Yes, this store will gladly take care of that for you free of charge. I take my tablet in so that they can enlarge the code to scan it. If you are working off a mobile phone, they will email your original Amazon email to their stores' email and print from there. Easy peasy...
