Went through the drive thru and ordered a cheeseburger. When I opened the burger it had no bottom bun. Went back through and they were very nice and offered to replace. Got the new burger and same issue. Contacted the store and after several attempts got through, said they wanted me to talk to a manager then hung up on me. Have been unsuccessful to get back through as number now rings and goes to a fax machine.

Burger was terrible. Got a double quarter pounder with cheese. I get it all the time at other McDonalds and it’s usually good. Here, the patty was cooked through, but was room temperature as soon as they handed it to me. The cheese slices hadn’t melted even a little. I can only assume that since it was 2pm, they were in between rush times, had a couple of old patties from lunch sitting around and used those. Disgusting. Threw it out after a couple bites. I just left without saying anything because I know that the employees don’t get paid enough to deal with complaints. I blame myself for eating at McDonalds in the first place. Either pay the employees more or give them breaks so they’re not too tired to cook me another burger.
