Customer Service has been getting better throughout the years. This location is very convenient for my family and we love it here. Food is always fresh and prepared in a timely manner. UPDATE:As of today 2/23/19 you all definitely deserve that 5 star.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So it's time to for me to change that 4 to 5 💯 Thank You for stepping Customer Service all the way up😊 Both employees working drive thru this morning were very pleasant and friendly, they made the 5 happen today👍🏾❣ UPDATE: The Donut Sticks are SCRUMPTIOUS and freshly made when you order 😋

WILL NEVER eat at this McDonald’s again they knew the buns were burnt before making the sandwich. I ask for items cooked to order and still receive old food. They need to do better

Prices are through the roof. Cheeseburgers often cold, many times smashed by the staff leaving their thumb prints. I've only had food poisoning here 2 times, so overall, a relatively safe place to eat. Staff not very kind. Rarely told thank you or given a smile but can't really expect that from employees who serve the public in upstate NY. Burger buns often bent over and hard from sitting out.
