I've been coming to the Hull St 527 location in Richmond Va for about 8 years.... And honestly the last year Ive been here the service as far as a sense of urgency is terrible...... They're never open on time. And even when they do open they are NOT prepared. On 10/14/22... They were supposed to open at 6am..... 6:10, I am waiting for the building to open and the light werent even on and there usually staff members there before 6 am to get everything set up before they open..... So far as 2022.... Their service has gone way down even to the point that regular customers stop coming....... Its sad and ridiculous........ NOTE: THIS IS MY 2ND TIME REVIEWING FOR AN ONGOING ISSUE THAT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED... IF ANYTHING, HAS GOTTEN WORSE!!!!!
Torri

Matthew Clifton
It was great for my 4 donations

The turn over is because of better-paying jobs and would you rather they ack like the donors and just not talk and act hateful. whatever I think they are cool.
I would say no, as there are plenty of "No Loitering" signs. My little brother and I waited for our mother to finish up one time but I was donating as well and my brother is 16 and did homework. If anything call ahead and make sure, there's always a front desk staff on duty 7am-7pm
Yes you are
Yes, go to the website
It pays $100 your first 7 times. After that it's $70 everytime you go.
I did all that no answer at all they not answering the phone I donated last month but they flagged me last week for some kind of test from the Doctor?
Yes! Friday is the 1st time of the week and Sunday is your 2nd time of the week. Regardless of the month change. Remember Monday is the start of a new week.
Because they are under staffed.
Around 2 hours. 1st you must read written manual which is quite a bit. Then you will watch a video. After that you must take a physical and answer a few test questions to assure that you understand. Next is answering questions and registering on the kios machine as well as taking a picture and having your vitals taken. From there you get to skip the line because you are a new donor.
They don't accept new donors after a certain time bc you have to go through a physical
Its now 75 for the first 5 donations maybe first 4 they always changing....after that its 25 then 40
Its a set amount based on your weight. But the first 5 donations are going to be 50$
No. It's "Are they.." and you don't really wanna be drained of your plasma on Thanksgiving day my friend..just dims the light on your candle going forward 🔥
I believe it's 2 forms of Identifications . Ssi card and driver's license with updated address
It's actually 100 each donation for your first 7 donations. Then, depending on your weight, and how many times you've donated in the last 35 days, the pay will vary anywhere from $40-$65.
New Donor. $100 twice a week
$100 for new donors
Yes until 7pm
They mightve closed early because of the weather
I think they are closed Xmas Day. But open Xmas Eve
All new donors are supposed to be first
Yes
you could possibly, the non residency thing shouldn't be an issue....but, if im not mistaken; depending on the specifics of your conduct that caused you to be deferred, it may bar you from donating elsewhere. But by all means, try your hand...i may be wrong
Because they are currently short on staff to be honest. Just keep trying.
Actually I'm a regular customer just as yourself. No friends nor family there and I've been going here for a little over a year myself. I've just gotten experience there we all have different experiences. At 1st I myself was a bit skeptical about services there. Throughout the process I've learned that communication is key. Matter of fact just last week I was there and had a slight issue. I just kindly explained how I felt about the issue and all was well. Hopefully your experience gets better.
Monday-sunday 7am to 7 pm be there before 3 to sign up if u a new donor
They feel like you will not be concentrating on donating blood
If you were put on the donor defferal list, then no, you will not be able to donate at any plasma donation location. But if it was just for high Heart rate or something minor, they should treat you as a new donor
They have a meeting on Tuesday mornings
6am -10am
Naw bro they want let you do it that way. But you can order a new social online or go down to social security and order one. It Should be free. And just print of the paper stating its on the way and that should be good enough.
After 7 days then yes
Yes you will. The actual physical itself is only about a 10 minute process, but the wait time to receive your physical may vary.
They train there. No previous experience needed. So yes I'm sure they'd definitely hire you, just probably not at a rate you'd be happy with.
Yea you can
You had a panic attack.
No. They're going to make wait until Wednesday. Or you would have to wait a whole week to start going on Tuesday.
Saturday
First 5 times is 50 bucks a pop
It usually takes about an hour for the money to be put on the card, so be patient and if its not on there in an hour I'd call
Nope..if you weigh to little you get paid less and you are already giving up you natural plasma..Not worth it..Employees are hood
No you have to call the card an order a replacement to be mailed out
No. They test your donation after.
6 months
Don't go. Waited 4 hours first visit and had to leave. Went back next day. They wanted me to start over. Never again. Rude, uncaring staff.
I wasted my time today here. I got paid 10 for what I been through today. I find it very unfair and dishonest. I don't feel I was treated fair today. I want be returning in the future. You try to help and negative in the establishment is not a good look. You guys really need to check your staff. Some of them don't belong there. Very unprofessional
Only whoever is donating is allowed in. No one else can wait in the waiting room.
No... you need social security card. no other ways around it
tell them you want to transfer they will tell you what to do.
