Over the last year I have tried very hard to enjoy the local grocery experience here due to my proximity to this store, and some of the staff's genuine desire to make their patrons experience a good one, but after today I will be keeping my purchases here to an absolute minimum. The management seemingly refuses to keep diabetic friendly options on the shelf, every time I find something I like here they never refill their stock on them, the deli has served me a burger that was still partially frozen in the middle, and apparently on the hottest day of the year when my house literally hit 100°F I couldn't bring my cat in a fully enclosed carrier to keep her from getting heat stroke while I popped in for exactly two items. Payless Foods is a joke, and from now on I will go out of my way to avoid using their services.

Great selection of grocery products. Wonderful produce section. The wine selection is excellent. Quality product and brands. A bit more expensive than other places, but so convenient in Freeland. We shop there several times a week
