When did the store open on whidbey

Over 20 years ago

Originally started in 1936 in Everett, it moved to Oak Harbor in the 50s and has been Payless Foods in its current location sine the 80s. (It was in this location, under this name, when I moved here in 1989).

It was about 20 years ago but I'm not sure however it has been a grocery for at least 50 years
