This is the worst post office I've ever encountered. Mean, unfriendly staff. Always long lines. Drivers refuse to deliver packages. And they are only open Mon-Fri during working hours so there's no opportunity for full time employees to ever pick up their packages.

This review is not about the post office in general. It's about deliveries. Time and time again I get told that "delivery was attempted" when it absolutely has not been. Just happened literally ten minutes ago and I was sitting outside on my front porch when the delivery was "attempted" don't lie. This is ridiculous. And while I'm at it, a friend of ours was visiting and had shipped something to our address with his name on it and they wouldn't deliver it because it didn't have our names on it, they sent it back, even when we went to pick it up. Even though they leave other people's random mail in our box still that no longer live here. It's infuriating and I know it's not only Freeland that is responsible, the Langley post office is a problem too.

I'd rate 0 if I could. I watched my packages thrown towards my front door, was told that items that needed to be signed for have to be picked up because I'm disabled and take longer than normal to get to the door.

I am very disappointed I had called our local post office after my package wasn't delivered no one could give me any information only thing they could tell me was they're sorry for my inconvenience. They also said they were going to call me back and never did. they said that the package was delivered at 1:42 p.m. Sunday I had just gotten out of church our family was enjoying the sunshine it was beautiful and there was no package. 4th time they've done this to us saying they delivered our package and never did!!! Very disappointed. So where are all of our packages going that's the question?????????

You would need to contact both. Although you would have a better chance of a resolution with the the company compared to a government run/funded entity since they lack accountability. Reaching out to Amazon may have more clout since they are the ones with the contract/agreement to use USPS service to get the product to you. I have found Amazon doing better to bridge the gap to take care of their customer over USPS.
You have to go to the post office and return the keys you have and close the account.
