Actually I'm a regular customer just as yourself. No friends nor family there and I've been going here for a little over a year myself. I've just gotten experience there we all have different experiences. At 1st I myself was a bit skeptical about services there. Throughout the process I've learned that communication is key. Matter of fact just last week I was there and had a slight issue. I just kindly explained how I felt about the issue and all was well. Hopefully your experience gets better.
While either you work there or you have family ,or a friend that works there. Because I been going for a year there and nothing good could be said about this place. Just my personal opinion. Also I been calling non stop for 3days. And still no answer.
It's open because people need plasma...also people need money. Either go...or don't...crying and complaining on here isn't doing anything nor changing anything 🤷🏽♀️
