I would say no, as there are plenty of "No Loitering" signs. My little brother and I waited for our mother to finish up one time but I was donating as well and my brother is 16 and did homework. If anything call ahead and make sure, there's always a front desk staff on duty 7am-7pm
Depends on center , some have kids rooms with someone to watch kid while you donate
