Our visit was a bit rocky. We switched rooms twice. I would have expected someone to at least check the rooms before guests check-in. The first room had a terrible mold smell from the bathroom. Then we were moved to another room, which didn’t smell terrible. However, the A/C didn’t work in that room and they sent maintenance to work on it. Every time maintenance came in to fix the A/C, our key cards reset (multiple trips to the front desk). We then were moved to a 3rd room, which was okay. The rooms were adequate - not perfect. The breakfast was good - happy breakfast is included. The breakfast chef was very friendly and accommodating (breakfast was the highlight). The staff is nice & friendly here but the rooms really need updating.

I like a firmer bed and loved sleeping on this one. The room was clean and smelled great. The shower was very adequate and I liked the view of the street from our balcony. The pillows were soft. I honestly did not come up with one bad thing about our little getaway weekend. Oh! And so many don't nowadays, but they had a coffee maker, microwave, AND fridge. It was lovely!

Rooms are okay and location is good. Hot tub was out of order and they didn’t bother noting that for people to know when booking. We brought two teenagers and that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Also, pool did not appear to be heated as advertised. Upon check in, we were told there is some sort of breakfast more of a grab and go style. Again, no notice prior to booking. Price is way too high for what they provide.

Elevators were broke. Bathroom was terrible. My husband was in the shower and the whole shower curtain and assembly fell on top of him. The front desk blamed my husband, said he pulled it down The water was either freezing or scolding hot. .No in between. Definitely needs upgraded. The balcony door wouldn't stay shut. Worst experience . We will never stay here again.
