This hotel is a great place to stay in Gatlinburg! Within a short walk of most everything in town! On-site bar and restaurant are both wonderful! The hotel lobby and rooms are very clean and updated. Comfortable beds as well. The staff is also so polite and helpful! Outdoor fire pit is also a plus! Definitely will stay again!

Great higher quality hotel. Staff was quick and friendly. Rooms were great with nice bathrooms. Single king with fireplace is a great room for a couple. You also have more control over the a/c than other hotels we have been to. It goes down to 66 degrees F. So if you like sleeping in a cold room these were great.

Great location and value for $$! Very spacious rooms, plenty of parking, $10 continental breakfast and easy walking distance to everything in town, as well as few trails. Covered small pool, outdoor jacuzzi, decent gym and laundry service. Robyn, one of the managers, has many great suggestions for dining and hiking.

***FYI Breakfast here is not complimentary*** We had a decent stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly. The rooms were decent. The in house breakfast and bar were convenient. The hot tub was nice. I gave three stars because our room had an overpowering musty smell (I suspect because the bathroom fan didn’t work and the moisture is building up in the room), the pool was only heated one out of our three night stay and the other nights it was very cold, and lastly the continental breakfast is NOT free. It’s at least $10 a person each day for the cold bar. If you have it cooked to order it can be up to $15.
