Everything here is beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is that the pool was disgustingly green and theres a whole bunch of dead bugs and thread floating in it. But other than that it's amazing. It has a great view and it's right next to the best Italian place I've ever been to and all you have to do to get to main street in walk a little down a road. Also the hotel is pretty big and the rooms come with their own little deck. Gatlinburg is beautiful and it's filled with things to do <3

!!DO NOT STAY HERE!! After checking in, we were NOT satisfied with the look and feel of this place. But decided, we only needed a place to lay our heads and take a shower. We brought our luggage to the room, and went about our day being tourists. This room had a front door and a back door. We locked the front door and exited through the back door. We arrived back at the hotel, tired and sweaty at 9:30 pm. Key wouldn’t work. Front desk told me to come get another key. We had to go get another key several times. Turns out, all back door card key locks are disabled. They don’t inform you of this. After 39 minutes, we finally gained access to the room. They gave us what they referred to as a “tool”, it was a BBQ grill fork. They told us to try to pick the lock, so to speak, ourselves. This place looks like a slum. The room door does not close all the way. You have to put your body into it, to close it. There is rust on interior doors, burnt electrical outlets, no cover on air conditioner return vent right outside our door in hallway. Patchwork on bathtubs. Overall didn’t look/feel like a safe clean place to stay. We stayed at different hotel in the area that night.

Excellent location. Typically on vacations we stay in higher end hotels but knowing the area and what we were there to do, this location was PERFECT! I give 3 stars overall because I requested on 2 different occasions that housekeeping leave 3 FULL sets of towels and wash cloths for our room instead of 3 towels and only 2 wash cloths and that never happened. Would stay again for sure, the rooms are very basic but the beds are comfy and it fulfilled its purpose for our stay.

Excellent customer service and accomodations! Walked in at 11:30PM on a Friday night after another high-end hotel double book my reserved room. Quality Inn Creekside offered my party a room for the weekend and provided helpful local recommendations. Our double queen room was more spacious and up-to-date than the original high-end reservation. Our experience could not have been better! Housekeeping was very helpful and pleasant to interact with on a daily basis. Breakfast buffet hit the spot and started the day off right. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
