Great place for rest, comfort, safety, and quality customer service. Seemed to exhibit no issues accommodating a large group, as witnessed by the reunion my family attended while there. Cleanliness was okay, for the most part. The bathroom was in the poorest condition with foundational peeling noted in the bathtub. Also, hair from previous guest was on full display in the bathroom, i.e., tub, sink, walls, and on the floor. So glad the shower worked well. Rooms were a bit stuffy, even with AC on. Balcony was nice. Convenient location for accessing local attractions. I would return if the bathrooms are updated. Overall, for a family of four, it was a great three night/four day stay for the price.

It's definitely an older hotel and could use some updates but I would stay here again. Loved the location, employees and layout of the hotel. The parking can be awful at busy times but we didn't have anyone ding our doors while parked so we were happy. I loved walking over the river and right into Gatlinburg. Sky lift chairs, Starbucks, Haunted House right outside the door. Everything is easily walked to from the hotel and yet it's on a side street so it's super quiet. Breakfast was good and it's hard to find free hotel breakfast anymore. We even walked to Hillbilly Golf easily from this location. Staff is so friendly too. My balcony was awesome to have and listen to the mountains at night. Picture of the sky lift chairs that are right next to hotel.

This hotel is okay but we wouldn't stay again. The problem is that they really can't accommodate the number of people that stay. The first part of our stay was fine, but once the weekend hit there were just too many people for what was available. The elevators are slow and can easily take 15 minutes to get to your floor. The breakfast room gets very crowded and was standing room only on our last morning there. The pool and hot tubs were nice when there was room. We were told to leave dirty towels outside of our door to get fresh ones, but those were never dropped off. The fridge in our room froze everything we had packed so we lost all the food we brought. Our water in the shower never went completely to the shower head and instead sprayed from both faucets so the pressure wasn't great. No complaints about the staff at all. The location is great. I just think there are too many other options in the area to come back to this one.

The hotel staff was nice and the room was clean. The bed was hard as sleeping on the floor so that was a bummer made my back sore. The pool area it nice inside and outside. The breakfast was ok for being free it was basic. The location was great for walking the strip easy access to most stuff and not having to worry about parking.
