Great location. Close to everything with a shuttle on street in front of the hotel. We had an upgraded room which was large. Loved the laminate flooring vs carpet. So much cleaner. I would stay here again.

We had special room needs. They we're very accommodating. We had a bump checking in and it all went smoothly. We had a shower problem and it was solved with the kindest folks that made sure we were happy. Breakfast was nice. The view was pretty. The staff was exceptional! I will be back. Highly recommended!

I liked this place, the rooms are bigger then average hotels, and every room has a personal walk out balcony. we liked that the hotel cleaning crew came in during the day and changed out the towels without us asking. Although we wish there was a “Do not disturb” sign we could have used.

Great stay. Large room with fireplace and balcony with view. Pet friendly so we brought our cat; we all appreciated the large space. Was clean, bathroom could use a little work (door had been patched) but all essentials were in order. Great value overall. Recommend!!

There is definitely an outdoor pool at this hotel. Usually well maintained, with an area for pool chairs
Either the pool or you can hear/see the river from the smoky mountains. Room 214 is awesome.
No but they have a great breakfast in the morning. Also a lot of places deliver! :) Get coupons on the wall by the office! ;)
No fees for pets. Search for pet friendly room
3 is check in time, but if they have your room ready they will let you check in early
