We went yesterday I felt bad for the poor girl that was there. She was the manager and it was 630 and she didn't have a employee one show up yet but yet she still manage to take on our big order make it and box it up all in a matter of 15 minutes on top of answering other calls and making other food. She was the real rockstar cause me personally wouldn't have been able to handle a restaurant all by myself. And the food came out perfect and hot. You would have never known she was by herself with the quality of food and service. Kudos to her for being there even when no one else was and being the real MVP of what you would call the manager of a restaurant in a tourist town. I know personally I would have locked up the store and went home but here it was a hour and a half of being open and none of her employees had showed up besides her. I came in with a big order and after seeing her by herself I told her nevermind I didn't want to throw that on her. She insisted and told me no she would take the order I told her I was not in a big rush to take her time and she got all my food out hot and fresh within 15 minutes. Geno's has always been our go to pizza when we've came to town.

Worst pizza I have EVER had! The person taking the order was not friendly. When they delivered the pizza to the hotel we were staying at, the driver came to the door with a ciggertte hanging out of his mouth. The quality of the pizza is poor at best and was ready and delivered within 10 minutes. It was supposed to be a meat pizza and seemed to have only pepperoni and cheese. I really wonder if it was a microwave pizza. Having been in food management before AND one of the places being a national pizza chain, just worst pizza ever!!! Would not recommend!

Worst pizza I’ve had. I placed my order at 8:55pm and it didn’t get to me until 10:05pm, but the driver was great! However, the lady who took my order was so rude and I ended up getting the wrong pizza. I tried calling twice, the first time I was hung up on after waiting 5 minutes. The second time I called I was on hold for 8 and a half minutes and the lady told me to hold 3 times. Not only did I get the wrong pizza, I tried to eat the one I got and it was gross. There was barely any sauce and the pizza and breadsticks were over cooked. Very overpriced and would definitely not recommend.

Come on Now

Ordered a supreme pizza one night on our vacation. Came in 20 minutes and was good!! Next night we tried to order sandwiches online. The website doesn’t allow you to order sandwiches, you have to call: upon calling, the person on the phone said they don’t have meatball subs any more, haven’t in two years although they are still on the menu and they do not have the ham sub either. They also charge a 6.00 convenience fee which I’m assuming is a delivery fee. I cancelled my order.
