Stayed here for three nights, floors were very dirty. Did have daily room service. Beds were fine, my son enjoyed the pool. Close to the strip, just need to work on cleaning the floors!!! No noise issues, had a bear in the parking lot which was cool to experience.

Everything needs a deep cleaning. It wouldn't be a bad place to stay if they would clean it. No daily service, they only stop by to exchange towels. Bring a mop bucket and broom, cause I can't tell the last time it was mopped good. Now we are back home and my whole family is sick. I would have never booked this room based off of reviews, but I didn't have any input. But it will never happen again! We did see a bear every night we stayed. Nice walking distance from all the attractions, they have 2 nice pool areas, and fire pit sitting areas.

You literally get what you pay for. When we arrived, the first thing I noticed the most was the floors they were filthy. We didn't have enough towels. The room was clean overall with the exception of no one dusted and the musty smell. We got a room right off of the poolside and the pool wasn't even open as described on the website. There was no breakfast as described on the website just coffee and juice in the lobby. The pictures on the website makes the room look immaculate and beautiful. We wanted to leave the first night and go get a different hotel somewhere else. Outside very noisy the walls are paper thin. But other than all of this we had a good job and Gatlinburg and we only paid $300 to stay for almost a week.

Great price, awesome location, walkable to anything downtown. Only downside we experienced is the ceilings were so thin, we could hear everything going on in the unit above us. It sounded like the Olympics were going on up there. Even things like wheels on the suitcase could easily be heard at all hours of the night. Aside from that, hotel was clean and parking was plentiful!

I am not sure. You could probably go to their website
Yes they are still open but come some time next year their rates are going through the roof. When we stayed this year i only saw one person working the desk and she had to walk away quite frequently to take care of other business. That same office runs two of the hotels in that area. Johnsons and the one across the street, the name slips my mind right now.
All of the second floor rooms have balconies. The first floor rooms are entered from the parking lot. You can park directly in front of the rooms.
Yes Johnson's Inn is under new management as of the trip we took in July. And come next year they are charging more then triple what they charged a night this year. So be carefule when looking into pricing, especially in June and July timeframes. My family will not be returning bc the price is way out of the league of what they should be charging.
They do not right now. They are working on getting a breakfast area. They do offer doughnuts and fresh fruit in the lobby during the morning though.
Im not sure on the price without doing research. You can look online to compare prices, but what i would suggest is to call them because most of the time over the phone i get a cheaper rate after speaking to someone then what they are offering online. Something else to keep in mind is the dates you plan on going, it will be alittle more pricey at that time compared to lets say Spring. You will have to pay for one night on all three rooms over the phone or online. You will then be responsible to pay for the remaining nights once you arrive.
