We had a 3 day assembly here, about 7 hours each day, and the chairs are uncomfortable... But the audio was great (no reverb) several bathrooms... All in all it is not a bad venue.

Each ticketed guest will be permitted to carry one large clear bag, either a Ziploc style bag or a 12”x6”x12” clear bag, plus a small clutch purse (4.5”x6.5”). The small clutch must be carried into the venue outside the clear bag and is subject to search.

There are great restaurants and many different food options downtown, just a couple of streets north of Bon Secours. Smoke on the Water is one of my favorites.

You can pay for a parking pass when you pay for your event. It's a good thing to do if you want to be in the arena parking area. Otherwise it's a short walk from lots of different places that you can pay to park the day/night of the event. Depending on where you choose it's between $5 and $20. It won't be a long walk unless you get there at the last minute after most people have parked. I go to events all the time and I don't park in the arena parking because its usually full and the walk is absolutely not a long walk. If you get there late then you might be walking from farther away. You can get prepaid parking with your event if you prefer.

There is a parking lot as the other 2 people stated. If there's an event there will be parking in other areas around the arena too. Businesses rent out their lots for parking and charge $10 to $20. I usually park at the closest business that's selling spaces. If you want to park at the arena itself for a big event you usually need to pay for parking passes with your tickets. It all depends on how big the event is. The other parking areas are close by too though. Just a short little walk.

It isn't "theater" seating, so all seats on the floor are same level. Not saying good or bad, but thought it was good information for consideration.

Its pretty good. The parkng deck next to it allows for free parking. There are VERY limited spaces for handicap. The VIP parking i believe is discounted but much better options and availability. For hockey games at least you can go to customer service and get your ticket changed forbthe ADA suite which is normally pretty open. It is getting to be a problem where 1 person MAY be physically unable to go to their seats and 20 of their friends come along. Ive never been unable to find a spot though and im sure if it came down to it, non handicap people would file out. We"re a pretty accomadating crowd.
