I know that alot of people have very little faith in Public Defenders and some rightly so, but I was very pleased with the representation that my husband received from Chris Shipman. Mr. Shipman always answered or returned my calls within 24 hours or less. He is a very skilled attorney and his communication was always straightforward and honest. He worked very hard to get the best outcome for my husband's difficult case. Thank you very much Mr. Shipman. Also a big shout out to Ms. Pat, she is very polite, smart and her people skills are great.

No I think that they are defense attorneys..
You are garbage to the public defenders office. They let me rot for 3 yrs and was found innocent at trial. Teal johnson and ashaley Boatwright tried to get me to plea out. I had to fight with them all 3 yrs. To get them to act like defense attorneys. I will say though Teal johnson did make my visits with her fun! She's a naughty little mink...
All I can say is you have to do all the work for a public defender. Pickens and greenville public defenders go on their knees for the solicitor
