Needed to have info transferred from an old phone to a new one, did not receive any assistance with that but, was given paper instructions on how to do it and a phone number to call someone else. The Verizon- Woodruff, SC location- transferred the information happily.

For the first time in a while, everything went smoothly at the Verizon store. Was getting set up for home internet and everything went off without a hitch. Sadly, that has not always been my experience.

Made an appointment for 4:00 on a sunday (they close at 5). I show up on time at 4:00 only to wait for 35 minutes. Not a big deal but then as soon I finally purchase my new phone, the staff rushed me out the door with no help activating it, no case, no screen protector, no offer of any other service since they're "about to close" in 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. My phone still won't connect to my cellular plan so after an hour in the store and 2 hours on the phone I have essentially an iPod. Terrible customer service and employees.
